the maasai are pastoral nomads who have maintained their tribal way of life for centuries. it's not uncommon to see a maasai warrior carrying a spear and walking down the streets of moshi. -
6 . kilimanjaro
towering at 19,334 feet, mt. kili is the 4th tallest mountain in the world. the climb was undoubtedly one of the most difficult and trying tasks i've ever attempted. -
zanzibar . nungwi & kendwa
handmade wooden dhows spot the horizon as the sun sleepily falls into turquoise waters lined by gentle waves on a white seashore. -
